But now, 32 years later, I have once again set my sights on the U.S and this time with the book “Feel Good Every Day”.Next week I take the first step and my book-tour kicks off in San Diego, then I will head across the country towards New York for the bookexpo in May!Follow me and share my lifelong dream!

My drive is to inspire the people around me to reach their full potential. One of my goals is to teach teenagers and young adults to change their thought patterns and feel better through that.Let's see how I succeed at Mesa Community College!
Today I visited a very different city: Lindsborg! "The Swedish little town" they call it. Studies show that those who enjoy their passions everyday are the happiest people, and the people living in Lindsborg had one passion in common; SWEDEN!Here I held my first two lectures, at their College and their senior center!Wow, they were truly wonderful and sometimes it is really fun being Swedish!Tomorrow I head to Kansas City for a book-signing at Barnes & Nobles!

I've experienced something magical! At 6 in the morning I sat in a comfortable lounger and ate my breakfast. I was all alone on a paradise beach in Clearwater, Tampa. I was enjoying the white sand, the turquoise water, the gorgeous sunrise and my morning coffee, and in this moment the magical show begins. A flock of dolphins starts jumping up and down in the water, in front of my eyes.Wow, it is incredible and I am filled with new energy! Now I'm off to Miami to meet some friends and book-agent.

Almost everyone regrets something when we are on our deathbeds. To help prevent this regret I will quote what it is that most people seem to regret in that moment:"I wish I had had the courage to live my life according to my own dreams and not lived it based on what was expected of me by everyone else."
After a couple of amazing days in two of Americas gems, St. Augustine and Savannah, we a relaxing with a coffee in a cafe in Charleston.Suddenly a little girl, around five years old, sits down at our table! She doesn't say anything, but she laughs a lot. After a minute or so I ask her what it is that has made her so happy and she answers: "Laughing makes me happy!"Wow. She is right! Laughing makes us feel happy, and it is one of the best things to do to feel good. But listen carefully now!! Children laughs around 300 times a day, while adults only laughs 10 times...

After a few challenging but wonderful weeks I have now opened the door to the libraries, bookshops and USA's colleges. My book is also available on most american book sites, and it has been confirmed that the Americans love the book! Now it is "only" a question of finding a good contact to help me spread the word of my book, to give it the reach it deserves. If anyone have any ideas or thoughts that could help me reach this goal I'd be more than happy to hear it.Now I'll enjoy a short vacation and then I am off to Washington!

On the largest book expo in North America, in New York I made a grand entrance today!I don't know how it happened but suddenly I was surrounded by a crowd of people, and they where all very interested in getting to know the Swedish writer. A short while later one of them wanted to buy a signed copy of my book. That was when it happened, I lean forward to grab a pen and my pants SPLIT in two! Everyone around me looks shocked and no one says a word, and I am standing there practically pant-less.And I start to laugh, you know, one of those laughs that just goes on and on, and there is no way to stop it. On of the onlookers says: "if you can feel this good in this situation, I need to read this book". Everyone bought a copy. .That was my first day at the Book Expo, now I'm preparing for day two!
Work all day, and then evenings packed with activities! Yesterday I ended the night with a Billy Idol concert at the pier by the Hudson River. Wow, what a night!
